This is Majin Buu (Gohan absorbed), dubbed "Buuhan" by fans. He is a magical being created by the witch Marba and later controlled by the evil wizard Bibidi, and subsequently by Babidi, whom he eventually killed. Buu has the ability to absorb others, assimilating their strength and abilities into himself. The first appearance of this form is in chapter 308 of the manga and episode 267 of the anime.
